HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A FREE ON SITE ESTIMATE?
Usually one to two days depending on the time of the season and our schedule. We will call or email you much sooner! Since we are a family run business, we do take emails and calls after hours and on the weekends depending on our schedule.
MY PARTNER AND I WORK DURING THE DAY; DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR ESTIMATE?
No, you do not have to be home. If you are home, this does make it easier for us to answer any questions you might have.
WE HAVE A DOG, WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?
We do need to walk around the whole house and this includes the back yard. If your dog/s is inside, then this is no problem. If your dogs are able to get into the back yard, warning us beforehand would be much appreciated.
HOW LONG WILL THE ESTIMATE TAKE?
This all depends on how many questions you have for our estimator. Usually the estimator will walk around the house looking at all the rain gutters, foundation and taking measurements. Once that is done, he can then go over what he has seen concerning your rain gutters/foundation/drainage and answer any questions you may have. We will then email you the estimate within 48 hours.
I ONLY HAVE A LIMITED TIME TO MEET WITH THE ESTIMATOR, WILL HE BE LATE?
We understand your time is important and we pride ourselves on either being early or on time. If our estimator cannot make it to the appointment on time, we will make sure to call you.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE GUTTERS BE MAINTAINED/CLEANED?
A minimum of once a year. Cleaning you rain gutters makes sure debris does not weigh them down and the water can flow without obstructions. If the rain gutter is clogged, this could cause the rain gutter to overflow.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED?
Unless you have a very larger or complex house, we should have the work completed in one day.
WHY DO I NEED GUTTERS?
The purpose of rain gutters are to help protect the foundation by diverting water away from the base of the building. It also helps with drainage and reduces erosion, which is especially important if you live on one of California’s hill sides. Lastly rain gutters help protect paint and/or stucco from water staining and damage.
ARE ALL RAIN GUTTERS THE SAME?
No. Rain gutters do come in all shapes, sizes, material, color & most important - quality.
WHEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY GUTTERS?
Depending on type and the material of the rain gutters on your house and how often the rain gutters have been maintained. All these factors will determent when your rain gutters need to be replaced.
